Meet the Agents at Team OC Hunter
Orange County Real Estate Experts
Team OC Hunter owner and founder Gary Hunter became a licensed real estate agent in 1977 and a licensed real estate broker by 1982. Over the years, he has helped in the sales of over 1,500 properties throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego, closed over 1.5 billion in real estate transactions, and managed over 2.7 billion in bank and corporate-owned assets.
Gary earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1993. Considered the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, this designation means that he has completed CCIM Institute’s rigorous program of coursework and training to prove his expertise in financial and market analysis, as well as negotiations.
Prior to forming Team OC Hunter, Gary co-owned an Anaheim-based RE/MAX franchise where his corporate clients included Washington Mutual, EMC Mortgage, First Federal Bank, Home Savings of America, and more. In addition, Gary was the owner of Hunter Asset Management; served as the Director to the Orange County Commercial Association of Realtors (OCCAR) for over 13 years; and served on the California Association of Realtors (CAR) Board of Directors for nearly two decades.
Gary studied Philosophy at Whittier College and studied Business and Finance at California State University Long Beach.
